Cactus Fruit

Cactus fruit, is the edible fruit of Opuntia cacti, known for its vibrant colors like red, orange, yellow or green. Covered in a spiny outer skin, the fruit has a juicy, sweet, and mildly tangy flesh with small edible seeds. It’s rich in vitamin C, antioxidants, and fiber, making it both nutritious and hydrating.
